To register and maintain a 10vin Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:
Age Verification: 10vin employs identity verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of registered Players. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution or permanently closed.
Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid phone number. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your username and password. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials will be attributed to you. 10vin accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 10vin Support team immediately via Live Chat or the Help Centre.
10vin is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks in accordance with the obligations of the applicable operating license. You agree to cooperate fully with all verification requests.
KYC documents may include, but are not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and, where required, proof of the payment method used to deposit funds.
10vin reserves the right to suspend or restrict Account access, and to withhold withdrawal processing, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable time, the Account may be closed and eligible balances returned via the original payment method, subject to AML obligations.
All personal documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Documents are used exclusively for identity and compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties for marketing.
All deposits into a 10vin Account must be made using payment methods approved and available at the time of the transaction. Approved methods may include, where operationally available and compliant with applicable regulations, bank transfers and digital wallet services. References to payment systems such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are contextual references to familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure only. None of these providers endorse, are affiliated with or support online gambling on this Platform.
Deposits must be made from payment instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 10vin reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered Account holder.

10vin reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially alters your rights or obligations — we will provide notice of at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or regulatory obligation.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page ("Last Updated"). Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your eligible balance.
